Longwood Sunflowers

During the fall just a few years ago, I drove just about ten minutes up the road into the neighborhood of Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania, only to find a field full of glorious blooming sunflowers. And what a find indeed as there was this one particular bloom in the field that stood above the others and was set ablaze against the clear blue sky. That was the image that I fell in love with and translated onto my canvas here. This is a limited edition of 50 giclée prints on watercolor paper or canvas.
